Are the pieces handmade?

Yes, our pieces are hand fabricated from sterling silver and 14k gold sheet and wire in our studio in Hannibal, NY. We promise the studio is now far less dungeon-y than previously described. Brooke enjoys a few windows, the company of the family dog, and the sounds of the creek while she works.

Does the metal contain nickel?

No. However, sterling silver or gold are not guaranteed 100% nickel free as they may contain trace amounts of nickel from the refinery. If you have a severe nickel allergy, we suggest you do not take the risk in buying something that might hurt you, but you should already know better.

I fell in love with a piece, but now it’s sold out. What do I do?

Cry. Most of the stones used in our pieces are one of a kind, meaning getting that exact same stone may very well be impossible. We do however, usually have similar stones available. Now as for the design surrounding it: Brooke can recreate the piece you want, but since everything is hand fabricated and usually involves a lot of hand-waving sorcery — it’s not going to be the exact same thing. You can contact us to inquire about remaking a piece.

Resizing and repairs?

Brooke stands behind her work, we will happily resize our rings to fit. We will also happily repair our pieces within reason.

As for repairs on other artists’ work. . . Brooke’s hand-waving and sorcery is not compatible. Ask them to do it!

Payment Processing

We collect and process payments through Paypal and Stripe. We only accept and ship orders within the continental United States.

Shipping and Returns

Items will be shipped within 1-6 weeks upon payment being received. Why such a long window? We live in the woods with teenagers and it takes a long time to make the magical thing you ordered.

We ship via USPS — Insured and Signature Required. We will do our best to send you your tracking information for your piece as soon as possible once it is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns will be accepted on products/pieces with their original packaging with no signs of damage and/or wear and tear. All items must be returned within two weeks of their delivery. Contact us to begin the return process. (You will be responsible for all shipping costs.)

Refunds — will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and reviewing your return (The money may take longer to appear in your account based on your financial institution).

Refunds will be calculated for the retail price of the piece MINUS the original cost of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

Exchanges — will be handled on a case by case basis. Policies are subject to change at our discretion (and the phase of the moon).

Order Cancellation/Modification

If you make a mistake in the process of filling out your order information. Please contact us as soon as possible through our email or phone so we may address the corrections properly in our system. Once an order is marked fulfilled we cannot cancel your order! You will then need to wait until the package is received to process it as a return.

My question wasn’t answered by this FAQ page. What do I do now?

If you still haven’t found an answer to your question, I guess you can contact us. We are likely going to refer you back to this page, then answer your question! We will do this as soon as possible because we love and appreciate you. However, we are frequently located in the lands of creative chaos at the corner of no internet and no service. So — sorry in advanced!
